Withdrawal and cancellation

Version 2026-10-14-beta-2 · Updated: 2026-10-16

Draft for a future offer — no real payment

Beta status

No paid contract is currently offered. Test orders and cancellations concern a simulation with zero real payment collected. This document prepares procedures for future offers and does not represent a commercial refund function as already active.

Model withdrawal statement

To: [publisher, postal address and email to be completed]. I notify you that I withdraw from the contract for the following Carte Beige subscription: [offer and reference]. Contract concluded on: [date]. Consumer’s name: [name]. Consumer’s address: [address]. Email used for the contract: [email]. Date: [date]. Signature only if this form is notified on paper.

The future online function must allow an unambiguous statement within the applicable period, confirmation of the procedure and acknowledgement including its date and time. A refund must not be promised without an actually operational process.

Cancelling or not renewing

The future Cancel my subscription action must let users check the contract, requested date and consequences, then confirm and receive retainable evidence. Withdrawal, cancellation and data erasure have different effects; their functions and labels must remain distinct.

For current simulations, use My subscription to schedule or undo a test cancellation. These actions will not generate a real payment.
