Beta documentation under preparation. The publisher’s identity, public contact details, country of establishment, processing locations and purge periods remain to be completed and validated. Subscription terms are a draft; real payments are not enabled.
Beta terms of use
Version 2026-10-14-beta-2 · Updated: 2026-10-16
Purpose and service status
These terms describe access to Carte Beige’s free beta, a tool for entering, organising and projecting income, expenses, assets, debts and projects. The publisher’s administrative details remain to be completed. These are not the terms of a paid offer.
Registration and billing tests do not create a paid subscription commitment or authorise a charge. Features, availability and limitations may evolve during the beta.
Account and security
The service is intended for adults acting for their personal needs. Provide a valid sign-in address, protect your access and do not give Carte Beige your banking, pension or payment credentials. Authentication and access to dossiers are verified on the server.
Acceptance of this version is recorded with your account, language and date. It does not constitute consent to optional analytics or a newsletter. Documents can be read without creating an account.
Data and documents you provide
You must have the necessary rights for the data and documents you import. Limit information about other people, use non-identifying labels when their identity is unnecessary, and redact unnecessary health information, national identifiers and complete documents.
Check amounts, units, currencies, periods, frequencies and gross/net descriptions. Missing data must not be treated as a confirmed zero. Prefilled examples, pension estimates and projections remain assumptions to personalise and verify.
Simulations and decisions
Results depend on the data, assumptions and calculation rules described in the service. They do not guarantee returns, income, pensions or the achievement of a project. Changes in markets, income, prices, exchange rates and tax rules may affect results.
Carte Beige is presented as a simulation tool. You retain the final decision. A significant financial, tax or legal decision may require a qualified professional. Regulatory classification depends on the actual features offered; this document does not claim a financial authorisation or certification.
Artificial intelligence assistance
Features identified as using AI may contain errors or omissions. Proposals are presented for review and validation before being applied to a dossier. They do not automatically constitute a personalised recommendation to buy, sell or hold an investment.
Choosing an AI feature requests transmission of the information identified in its interface to the relevant provider. Local preparation remains separate. Information about recipients and data is set out in the privacy policy; no absence of provider retention is promised without verifying its actual conditions.
Backups, export and ending access
A local copy may be kept on your device and synchronised with your account. Pay attention to synchronisation warnings. You can export dossiers and available data under My account. Avoid shared devices for financial dossiers, or remove website data through browser settings after use.
You can request account closure or erasure under My account. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account: it is recorded, then handled with the necessary checks and any legal retention requirements.
Prohibited use and suspension
Do not attempt to access other users’ dossiers, bypass controls, introduce malicious content, disrupt the service or infringe third-party rights. Compromised or clearly abusive access may be suspended proportionately. Reasons and ways to challenge a decision are communicated where this does not compromise security or a legal obligation.
Availability, liability and rights
The beta may experience interruptions or corrections. Descriptions must not present a planned feature as already available. Significant changes to these terms are presented in a new version; renewed acceptance is requested where necessary.
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties or liabilities, impose a general cap on compensation, or deprive users of their data rights or remedies. The country of establishment and dispute-resolution provisions remain to be finalised.
