Publisher and contact details
Carte Beige is the name of the service. The publisher’s legal name, legal form, registered or business address, registration details, share capital where applicable, VAT details, telephone number and business email address remain to be completed. This document does not declare that a company has been incorporated or registered.
Publication director: name and capacity to be completed. Country of establishment and commercial markets: to be confirmed. The preparation dossier assumes a publisher established in France and a service for adult consumers; operation in Switzerland or other countries requires adaptation.
Hosting and service providers
The website is deployed using ChatGPT Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for application execution and server storage. The hosting provider’s contractual identity, address and telephone number, and the actual storage and access locations, must be verified and completed.
Authentication uses Supabase and, when you choose it, Google. Integrated assistance may use OpenAI when you request it. The providers’ roles, contracts and safeguards for transfers must be documented in the publisher’s records.
Service and intellectual property
Carte Beige organises financial information supplied by users and allows them to explore scenarios. The current version is a free beta: no real payment is collected, no card number is requested, and payment receipts are simulations.
Rights in the software, text and graphics belong to their respective holders or are used under the necessary permissions. Users retain their rights in the data and documents they provide. Use of content remains subject to the applicable rights.
Data, complaints and mediation
Data requests can be submitted under My account, Data and privacy. Public contact details for the publisher and the data contact must still be completed so that requests can also be made without signing in.
The complaints contact and postal address remain to be completed. No mediator is represented as appointed: their name, details and complaint procedure will be published after an actual appointment, before the relevant commercial launch.
